1. Determine whether the physical properties of the product can consider the application requirements, such as the compressive strength of the screw and the guaranteed load of the nut, before selecting the product for application. The length of the screw should be appropriate, to tighten the nut after the exposure of 1-2 teeth as the standard.

2. Before application, check whether the external thread is not smooth, whether there is iron pin or waste between the external threads, such items will always cause locking.

3. Be able to lubricate the fasteners before application. It is proposed to lubricate the fasteners with unsalted butter, molybdenum disulfide, biotite, high purity graphite or talcum powder.

4. Pay attention to the instructions when using

A. The speed and energy of the screw-in should be moderate, not too fast or too large. Torque wrenches or socket wrenches should be used as far as possible to prevent the application of adjustable wrenches or electric wrenches.Too fast a rate can cause the temperature to rise too fast and lock up.

B. Bearing of force, the nut must be vertically bisecting the center line of the screw.

5. The application of gasket can reasonably avoid the lock too tight problem.
