1. What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

Our minimum order quantity is 1000pcs, the sample can be provided free of charge, there are many kinds of screws, you are warmly welcome to visit our company. 

2. Which level of quality are your products?

We have got CE, ISO, SGS, TUV, certificate so far.

3. What is the delivery time of your screw?

In general, Our delivery time is usually around 30 days

4. Can the product be packed according to our requirements?

Certainly. Packing according to your requirements.

5. May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance before shipment.

Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A1: We are factory.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A2: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A3: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge. Please advise your freight collect account and sample will be sent 2-3 days.

Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
A4: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
